And here is a little about me!

I have always been someone who moved through the world with more head than heart. I’m discovering there are many limits when moving through the world in this way. The time has finally come for me to feel my way through the world rather than think. To allow my heart and soul to guide me forward rather than follow the traditional path my mind prefers.

As I have stumbled down this path, I have found an immense amount of beauty and pain. The world we live in today is not an easy one to navigate, especially with an open heart. I am designed to be a guide for others to begin a journey of rewilding. I am meant to light the way for others to find their own unique way home within their hearts.

Hi, hello, good day! My name is Jenna

To be completely honest, I have absolutely no idea what I am doing here. As a recovering perfectionist who often relapses into old habits, I would prefer to have everything figured out before I show up. This way of thinking has led me to delaying too much of my life. So here I am, stumbling through how to show up here. If you’re looking for polished and put together, I’m likely not your person. If you are looking for authentic and grounded, we may be a good fit!

I believe most of this works begins with understanding how to hold ourselves in the discomfort of pain. Pain is a wise teacher when we allow it to be. Through my study of pain, I have found almost everything leads back to it. If we can hold ourselves in pain, we can move through nearly anything.

I am honored to be here and act as a guide for those ready to rewild. Keep an eye out for more offerings in the near future, in person as well as virtually. I can’t wait to meet you where you are and get you closer to where you hope to be!

My Background:

I am a physical therapist with over 13 years of experience, a registered yoga teacher and meditation facilitator who bridges the scientific and spiritual worlds. My approach interweaves evidence-based physical therapy with ancient yogic wisdom, focusing on neuroscience, breath-work and somatic practices to support those experiencing pain of any kind.

I am a perpetual student, walking my own journey of rewilding for years now. My passion lies in guiding others with compassion, curiosity and gentleness towards the innate wisdom and capacity for healing that resides within each of us.

I have devoted my practice to understanding the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit in healing. This journey has deepened my understanding of trauma-informed care and the intersectionality of our lived experiences.

My passion lies in helping others reconnect with their body's inherent healing capacity through conscious movement, breath awareness, and gentle exploration of their nervous system. Drawing from both scientific research and spiritual traditions, I create safe spaces for authentic transformation and embodied healing.

Join me in this rewilding journey as we peel back the layers of modern conditioning and rediscover our natural state of wholeness and vitality. Together, we'll explore practices that honor your unique path while tapping into the ancient wisdom that lives within us all.

Mission and Values:

My purpose in life is to help others to deeply understand the language of their own body. By doing this work, I hope to support others in creating more self trust and compassion as well as a deep sense of calm. More specifically, my mission for this work is three fold.

  • To cultivate trust in the self and a deep connection to intuition

  • To guide you towards feeling calm and centered

  • To create space for you to explore the nuance of life with self compassion

I will do this work through my personal values. They keep me grounded in my truth daily.

  • Curiosity

  • Integrity

  • Compassion

  • Courage
