I use she/her pronouns. I am a queer, neurodivergent, nerdy, nature loving, spiritual seeker, quietly rebellious, loyal and messy human doing my best every day. All of that may change tomorrow because I’ve learned that we are multifaceted beings that are allowed to grow and shift with time. But for now, I am all those things and many more.
I am also a physical therapist with over 13 years of experience, a registered yoga teacher and meditation facilitator who bridges the scientific and spiritual worlds through my work. My approach interweaves evidence-based physical therapy with ancient yogic wisdom, focusing on neuroscience, breath-work and somatic practices to support those experiencing pain of any kind.
I am a perpetual student, walking my own journey of rewilding for years now. My passion lies in guiding others with compassion, curiosity and gentleness towards the innate wisdom and capacity for healing that resides within every individual.
I have devoted my practice to understanding the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit. This journey has deepened my understanding of trauma-informed care and the intersectionality of our lived experiences.
My passion lies in helping others reconnect with their body's inherent healing capacity through conscious movement, breath awareness, and gentle exploration of their nervous system.
Join me in this rewilding journey as we peel back the layers of modern conditioning and rediscover our natural state of wholeness and vitality. Together, we'll explore practices that honor your unique path while tapping into the ancient wisdom that lives within us all.
